Jade Acupuncture Clinic

June 22 Event

Natural Pet Market and Jade Acupuncture Clinic present:
Top 10 Acupressure Points

Come join us on Sunday, June 22, at Natural Pet Market, and learn about some commonly used acupressure points, and bring your questions about Chinese medicine!

Acupressure points can be used for calming, pain relief, and much more.
Acupressure is a needle-free form of acupuncture, the ancient Chinese technique of treating disease and maintaining health.

Studies have shown that acupuncture is effective in treating a number of conditions. The World Health Organization and the American Academy of Medical Acupuncture list a number of diseases where acupuncture may be considered to be effective, including pain control, muscle spasms, tremors, arthritis, irritable bowel, nausea, vomiting, constipation, diarrhea, and much more.

While not a substitute for professional medical care, acupressure can easily be done at home to help create and maintain balance.

Casper
, a Great Dane who is being treated with Chinese medicine, will be available to let you practice locating the acupressure points. Casper was adopted from IDR+, and it is requested that donations be made to IDR+ at this event.
